Ashley Apok offers intention and ceremony to ritualistic tattooing. Blending the ancient practice of tattoo with contemporary digital art mediums, Ashley’s artistic expressions are intended as invitations to deepen one's relationship to the divine.
From an early age, an undercurrent of awe pervaded much of Ashley’s experience. Raised in relative isolation and homeschooled from an early age, Ashley constructed a world-view in reverence of the relational complexity inherent in the coastal and forest ecosystems of the Pacific Northwest.
Identifying as a Techno Agrarian, Ashley weaves novel technologies into grounded works of art in an attempt to articulate the ineffable. Ashley uses the latest tattoo technology, digital drawing surfaces, projection mapped light, sculpture, and mural, to bring his works of art to life.
Delakit
Kit is a tattoo and fine artist of whimsical ethereal pastel. Her professional career began when she graduated from OCAD University in 2016. She is now a local to Salt Spring Island, BC where she is deepening her craft as an art alchemist.
Kit shares seasonal design offerings inspired by nature, healing and mystical intuition. She seeks to hold space for the release being asked through the tattooing process. Tattooing is more than beautiful art decorating your body. It is also an experience to learn, grow and heal. Kit will be your guide in remembering your strength and sovereignty.
